2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Pickup or Self-Ship

After your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup, if available in your area.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Shipping charges for returns:

  • If the product is defective/damaged/wrong, we cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer choice (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges may apply.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds may be provided through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 business days after approval

6. Replacement Policy
